Hiroki K. • März 22富士デュロックロースかつ定食(200g)¥1500。キャベツとご飯の一回おかわり可。少し時間が掛かるが、ゆっくりと丁寧に揚げていきます。さっくりした衣、旨みもあるとけるような脂身。しっとりとやわらかい肉の食感…サイコー！カウンターに貼り出しているとおりに、"塩→出汁醤油→ソース(辛口)→madroosソース"の順番で試すべし♫ご飯おいしい、しじみの味噌汁もうまい。付け合わせの豆腐はお塩がオススメ。
